The source documents typically include paper files, drawings, maps, microfilm, microfiche, aperture cards, photographs, bound-books, fragile documents, pocket file folders, checks, fingerprint cards, onion skin, tabbed exhibits, slides, sealed envelopes, certified mail receipts, green bar, letters in envelopes, wills, birth/death certificate, adoption papers and other media into digital media. Other source files include Microsoft office files (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe InDesign, websites, applications, and other digital content.
Paperless also has experience with data taxonomy, classification, records analysis, chain of custody, scanning, indexing, metadata database development, secure storage and hosting.
